CNC Turning Centers
To turn small parts up through diameters as large as 20” with tolerances of +/- .0005” and lengths up to 44”. Multiple manual turning centers for supportive operations.
CNC Milling Centers
To mill small parts up to a maximum work size of 42” x 20” x 19” and within tolerances of +/-0.001”. Multiple manual machining centers for supportive operations.
Surface Grinding and Finishing
Kent surface grinder – 48” x 20” Bed size.
Laser
To manage a wide range of laser cutting needs on sheets as large as 50” x 50” to manage a variety of configurations in thicknesses up to 3/8” for Stainless and ½” for Carbon Steel.
Press Brakes
For bending thickness up to 3/8” and widths up to 12”.
