    LEVEL 1<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • In process inspection of the dimensions that apply to the operation being performed.\u00a0<\/li>
    • Visually inspect the router during final inspection. Make sure that all manufacturing processes are completed and signed off.<\/li>
    • Visually inspect the work piece for workmanship. Work pieces are to be free of burr\u2019s, scratches, dirt, signs of broken or worn tooling etc.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      LEVEL 2<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Level 2 includes all the requirements of Level 1 plus the following:<\/p>

      • Documentation is required for identified critical and major characteristics called out on the router.<\/li>
      • Data is recorded on the Inspection data sheet (FR-08-05) provided with the routing.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        LEVEL 3<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Level 3 includes all the requirements of Level 2 plus the following:<\/p>\n

        • Documentation is required for critical and major characteristics.<\/li>\n
        • Data is recorded on the Inspection data sheet (FR-08-05) provided with the routing.<\/li>\n
        • A Certification of compliance (FR-10-03) may be required depending on the customers specifications.
